At BB Branded, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and include the original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
